DEBO® has been upgrading its existing class of chemical resistance Compact Laminate to a new era, resulting in the Labench® that is with ELESGO on top. DEBO® Labench® has extraordinary performance against massive chemicals, surpassing standard chemical resistance laminates available on the market.
The inception of DEBO® Labench® emerged from a convergence of scientific and technological advancements.
ELESGO® EB Curing
DEBO® Labench® are produced with ELESGO Chemical Resistance surface foil on top. This foil is put and pressed together with kraft papers under the same process of Standard Compact Laminate.
The cross-linking of lacquer systems with electron beam curing at the end gives the panel surface an exceptional scratch resistance and chemical resistance.
What’s more important, the EB curing production process has a remarkable low energy consumption as well as it’s emission free, which is consistent with DEBO® company value that to provide environmental friendly production at the end to our customers worldwide.
